After over a year of extensive and painstaking daydreaming (err...planning) we are finally living our dream, off on our 9-month adventure around the world!  We were inspired, not only to create this website, but to go on this trip in the first place by reading other travel websites and hope that in our attempt to document our travels and stay connected with our loved ones back home, we might in turn inspire someone else to fulfill their globetrotting dreams!  

Sadly, we had to leave our beloved Neela at home.  She, however, will be keeping us updated at www.orphanedpuppy.blogspot.com (thanks to Roger Barnes for allowing her access to the computer).
